Why are my description / release notes tabs both grey and not editable?

After promoting a live-test to upcoming, I'm trying to get that up to production. Obviously, I've searched and found...

...but my issue is that I can't actually open the description or release notes tabs to make any fixes.

Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong here? It's gone through smoothly before.

Resolved: Seems to be a problem in Firefox and Safari, but works in Chrome
