Bug description:App buttons are overlapping.

My game is designed for tablets - not for phones. Based on the description below I believe the Amazon tester is using a phone emulator to test my game. I'm successfully published on Google Play and my AndroidManifest.xml states the screen requirements. I've tried to get in contact with the tester via the contact us' forms, but that just seems to be a black hole. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to proceed? Bug description:App buttons are overlapping. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install and launch the app. Actual Result: The credit and exit buttons are overlapped. Expected Result: App buttons should not be overlapped.

Hi, In addition to the screen requirements in the AndroidManifest.xml, you can manually select or deselect third party android devices in the developer portal when you are submitting your app. If you know there is a specific subset of tablets that you want your app to be on, you can select those there. I'll look further into our support for the smallScreens attribute. Thanks, Nick

Hey Nick, thank you for the reply. There's not many more devices that can be excluded! DEVICE SUPPORTED EXCLUDED UNSUPPORTED Amazon Fire phones and tablets 0 18 0 Amazon Fire TV devices 0 3 0 Non-Amazon Android devices 27+ 0 182 So I'm not sure if there is anything wrong with the system except perhaps human error. Is there a way to send a note to the tester when I click 'submit app'?

Hi Nick (again), I'm not sure how this forum works, in terms of email notifications, so I thought I'd reply to your message directly instead of to the thread. Are you able to help resolve my issue? Amazon are good at sending me emails asking me to publish my app on your store, but not so good at actually helping when something goes wrong. Callan.

Hi, Can you open a case via https://developer.amazon.com/appsandservices/support/contact/contact-us while logged into your registered developer portal account? That will allow us to share specific information about apps in your account. Thanks, Nick
