What went wrong with certification?

Just got my certification result and am baffled.

My Skill uses several intents with one custom slot type.

They tell me that my skill got rejected because:

  1. All custom slots must have at least one value.
  2. The slot values used in the example phrases on the store front MUST be defined in the slot types.

BOTH of them are nonsense. I defined many possible slot values for my custom slot AND the two from the example phrases are part of those as well...

What happened here? Now I - again - have to wait ages for the next round of certification? Because the team made an error?

Are you sure, this is the right contact form? It seems this is the one for customers, not for developers.
