Credentials for app submission

Hello, I submitted my app to the appstore and Today I got an email saying that the app was live for not Fire devices but for the Fire ones the app was rejected, the email just said "Regarding your app for Amazon devices, We are unable to test your app, due to lack of login credentials" I'm confused by this behaviour, since it is exactly the same app for amazon devices than for non amazon devices, I do not ask for any kind of login further than Game Circle. What should I fix? What should I modifiy?
