When do you get paid by Underground?

I've had a game on Underground since Sept 13th and have been earning about $50/day, but I have never been paid. I haven't read anywhere about a delay on payment. I'd think I'd get paid right on the same schedule as my regular paid apps on the Amazon App Store which I have been getting paid on as usual. Has anyone been paid for royalties for your Underground app and if so, how long did it take? Thanks, Sam
