No response from "contact us" email form

Hi - sorry to trouble you with a simple question. My app should be selling for $4.99. It's now selling for .99. I have changed this in online form and also used "contact us" on the developer website. I haven't received any response. Is there a phone number where I can reach somebody?

Amazon refuses to answer my requests also. You're not alone. I really appreciate Google's 'hands off' approach to app dev and distribution. Wish Amazon gave us control over our own stuff just as Google does. With 85% of the market, I think they're someone that should be followed after.
