Constant notifications that price or name doesn't match other stores

I receive emails every few weeks from Amazon saying one of my apps listed on underground doesn't match the exact name or price on another store. I have free versions and full versions, and they always seem to get confused and say the underground version should be listed at $0 because they aren't comparing the right versions.

This seems to be an automated email, but it threatens to remove my app if it's not correct. Can these be fixed somehow? I receive emails about all my apps, and often duplicates. Threatening to remove my Underground apps every few weeks is very frustrating.

Hi Kevin, best practice is to include a link to the the GooglePlay or Apple App Store link under the "Testing Instructions" section on this submission's "Binary File(s)" page. For instance, if you would like only the free version of your app on Underground include the free version app link from Google Play or App Store. Thanks for the response. I include links and explanations doing this exact thing, but they seem to be ignored. For example I submitted an update for my app yesterday and only added comments to this testing instructions area, providing links to the app on Amazon's own store that showed the price was correct. Rejected within an hour, likely by an automated system, with the EXACT same thing about how price doesn't match. Even though in my testing instructions I specifically prove that's incorrect.

Well my app was pulled today from Amazon, even after opening this ticket, and even after pricing it the way I was told by Amazon customer service. I am beyond disappointed in Amazon right now, they are poor at responding to developers and continiously contradict themselves. Please fix this ASAP.

Sam or GeekGirl, are either of you following my ticket? I'm receiving seemingly automated responses that don't even address my question. I continue to ask about the pricing issue, but just receive responses about icon size or something else irrelevant.

Can this be escalated to a level of support where they actually READ my ticket? Beyond disappointed in Amazon's support to developers.
