Not Able To Access Login With Amazon

Hi,

I'm not able to access Login with Amazon from my application.

I'm creating the http request by passing the client_id and other details as per AVS documentation, and this used to work a few days back.

Now, even if I copy the formatted request in a browser, I get an error saying

"

We're sorry!

An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly."

Even if I try link : https://www.amazon.com/ap/oa I get the same error.

is there any issue with the service as of now?

Here are a few things to check:

- The scope data that you're sending to LWA could be incorrect (if using the sample app, ignore this as a potential cause) - Make sure the redirect url is correct and whitelisted! A common mistake is it should be HTTPS, not HTTP. Check your security profile's web settings to verify that the values are correct. - The security profile might not be associated with the alexa:all permissions or the product id you are trying to sign into. -- To fix: Go to the developer portal, find the device that you're trying to log into. Under the "Security profile" tab, click on the dropdown and select the appropriate security profile. Do this even if the correct profile is already selected!

If that fails, please send us the product id, DSN, and time that you tried to log in (include timezone!) so we can debug it on our end.
