How do I schedule an app for immediate release?

I have an application that I submitted for review last week and was approved almost immediately. It has since gone back into review with out my resubmission and now says approved once again.

The app never went live despite the estimated date coming and going for the original submission, now the un-initiated second review says the release date is scheduled for Feb 27. I have just submitted to remove the current version in hopes that that will automatically trigger the approved version to production.

How does the standard update process work? Why can I not send my app into production now that its approved? Its pretty urgent since the update points to a new REST api as our current one is shutting down tomorrow.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting! Normally, an approved app immediately goes Live, and when you view your app in Dev Portal it tells you when approximately it will go live (that info is also in the notification emails that you receive after your app submission).

Since the issue you described is related to your account and app specifically, please login to Dev Portal and raise a 'Contact Us' case with us, specifying the app name / ID, and we will investigate. Thanks!
