If the icon has 'test' on it, this means that this is a live app test. The app is not actually live on the store. Also, you can check why your app is not available for Fire TV Stick by checking the device support section under the binary tab.

hi Jamie@amazon thanks for your response. Actually the app is already in the store https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Vivoplay and don´t have the test on it. But when you download in the Fire TV have the TEST word in the app and dont is compatible with all firetv devices. Thanks

Hi vivoplay,

The word "Test" on the orange sash in the corner means that you are using a beta version of your app from the Live App Testing service. It's possible that you followed the link in the invitation email and installed that beta app onto your Fire TV. And possibly later you removed support for Fire TV for your app in Dev Portal. It's difficult to say without additional details.

If that's not the case, and you'd like us to look into it, then please login to your Dev Portal account, raise a 'Contact Us' case with us and specify your app name, so we could investigate this further. Thanks!

Hi vivoplay,

Login to your Dev Portal account, click on your app in the Dashboard, switch to the 'Binary File(s)' tab, click the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the page, then click to View device support for Amazon devices, and there put the switch into an ON position for that Fire TV Stick that was excluded. If the option is disabled and not possible to switch to ON, hover your mouse cursor on it and read the message why it's not supported (often it's because in your manifest you specify something that the device does not support).

If you still experience any issues, please use 'Contact Us' in your Dev Portal, so we could look into that. Thanks!
