German flash briefing skill

I can see that several flash briefing skills come to the german skill store and I want to create one to. How can I submit a flash briefing skill in german?

It's not presently possible to create a flash briefing skill in the German language through devportal, although you are correct to note that some have been released.

Or is it possible to use an english flash briefing skill on a german echo?

Hi Brian,

I would also appreciate a short notice when Flash Briefing will be available in Germany.

Can you speed up the process? I think we are not the only developers who are eager to start.
