How-to: Build a Fire OS App from a Xamarin.Forms Android project?

Hi,

I currently develop a Xamarin.Forms PCL Android, iOS project and want to build a Fire OS compatible .apk file, too. I develop in VS 2015 Enterprise with latest stable Xamarin SDK.

Please provide me with a starting point what I have to do.

Most Android App would work just fine with Fire OS. But you can always check https://developer.amazon.com/public/resources/development-tools/app-testing-service/dashboard.html and https://developer.amazon.com/public/support/submitting-your-app/tech-docs/appstore-presubmission-checklist. Thanks.
