How can I get in touch with support via email?

I'm having some issues using the contact us form. Is there another way I can contact the support team via email?

Since this involves updating your company's main contact email address with us, which counts as account sensitive information, I would like to ask you to submit another "Contact Us" Case about your situation, referencing this forum thread while signed into your company's developer account and providing us with your new email address. This will allow us to confirm your association with your company's developer account and take a look at getting your contact email updated for you. Thanks!

Hi matt_oz, Welcome to the dev forums and thanks for posting! What kind of issues are you experiencing with the Contact Us form? It might be useful for us to know so we can fix them if there are any. Otherwise, there is no direct email, and we encourage developers to either use the Contact Us feature in their dev accounts or post here in the forums. Thanks!

Thanks for the welcome Levon! I no longer have access to the email address for the admin account (owner). I do have access to an email used for a separate admin role. The contact us enquiry forum is in the email address for the admin account (owner) which cannot be changed. I have submitted an enquiry using the contact us form before. I also mentioned the issue and to contact me on the other email address. But I didn't hear back from anyone. On a separate note, I also received some Amazon email notifications. I wrote back to the email address several times. However I didn't receive a response either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Message was edited by: matt_oz
