Why the reports display wrong data?

I have very bad experience with the reports that show minutes usage,

My analytics shows that my users played the game for more than 2000 min but the reports show only 86 min. why is this happen?

I am new to underground and thoroughly disappointed ar the result, like you , my analytics show about 10x more usage than reported. There are other posts with the same issue and virtually nothing from Amazon as to when or even if it will be fixed, emails go unanswered. Good luck and I truly hope Amazon can at least update us soon.

I too have this problem. My app has only been live for 1 week, it has had a small number of downloads so far but my third party analytics data for this app shows that the underground minutes being reported are at least 95% less than they should be for the number of downloads. Could we have more information on what the problem is and when it will be fixed?
