Its 2016, Amazon you really need to improve your communication channels.
It's bad enough when you receive an email from 'no reply' claiming a dispute, but when it says 'see review status' - and there's nothing there to review or reply to, makes it nothing short of a farce. Apple has a nice little chat panel/resolution area to view discussions and replies without the need to scroll through endless emails. Step up, please!
