Thanks for posting! At the moment, apps cannot be deleted in the Developer Portal. You can either suppress it (it will make the app unavailable for new users, but you will still see it in the list), or if this was just an unsubmitted test app, simply re-use its placeholder for a different app (change its title, description, upload a different binary, etc.) Thanks!
