Can you program Alexa to answer a specific question a specific way?

We are trying to use Alexa (Amazon Dot) in my Grandmother's home. She is 98 years old and is forgetting things. I was hoping we could use Alexa to remind her of things she forgets. For example: She could ask Alexa Who are my Grandchildren? Or who is So and So? and have Alexa respond with the answer that we want her to hear.

You can create your own Alexa skill and make it as specific as you want. You don't have to submit it to Amazon, just have it running under your account for your Echo devices.

can you show an example of how to do this, I seem to screw it up all the time. I am not a computer programmer but a novice. thanks
