Underground reporting issues?

My game has been consistently reporting several thousands of minutes daily over the past few months. But suddenly it has dropped to 25% the last few days without any justification (there were no updates...). Is there a problem with Amazon Underground reports?

Please also be aware that there is a reporting delay of up to 7 days for Amazon Underground minutes engaged to appear on your reports (the data is there, but it doesn't refresh as quickly as Sales reports tab). For more information, please see:
