Update skill's icon and region information

I'm trying to update the icon and country/region information for my skill by doing the following:

  1. Log in to my Amazon developer account on developer.amazon.com
  2. Navigate to the Alexa tab
  3. Click Alexa Skills Kit
  4. Select my development Alexa skill
  5. Navigate to publishing information
  6. Update the category/subcategory fields to Lifestyle -> Event Finders
  7. Update the country/region to which I wish to make my skill available
  8. Update my application's icons
  9. Click "Save" or "Next".

I always get the following error that prevents me from continuing:

Error: The category/sub-category you had previously selected has been updated. Please select from the new values in the Publishing Information tab.

I have clearly updated the category/sub-category in step 6. What do I need to do to save and submit my application for recertification?
