Problem release app with Live App Testing

We've been experiencing some trouble with Live App Testing. We've submitted a new version of our app for Live App Testing. We made the binary available to the world, and included testers and an appropriate device. So far we are not able to install the app on our testing device due to a "You are not eligible to purchase this app due to geographical restrictions." error message. What could cause this?

Hi Bram,

Thank you for posting on the forums! The error about geographic restrictions means that the tester has their device setup with an Amazon account tied to a country that is not supported to make app or IAP purchases. If you are the tester, login to your Amazon account and make sure your 1-click payment settings, including the address, are not set to a country that is not supported for Appstore / Underground. If you are still experiencing any issues, please provide more details: the country you are in, the country your / tester's account is setup in, and the 1-click settings / country, so we could better assist you.
