question

Dear amazon, since a few days we are receiving emails from amazon saying that we need to restock Keys of the game; asking for 250 keys to restock for germany for example. This email says current key count is 12 in stock, and we sended 100 keys for each available language BUT in the sale reports/payments in amazon developer console you say this LAST YEAR we only sold 2 copies of the game! How is this possible? where are the keys if they haven't been sold?
