Different forum for .edu competition, please

Can we please have all of the Alexa Prize stuff moved into a subforum dedicated for that purpose? This new forum is hard enough to parse as it is, without half of the posts being questions that are about the terms and conditions of some competition most of us aren't eligible for instead of being Alexa questions.
