Amazon Developer Linked to Sponsored Listing

Hi, We wanted to have a sponsored listing account for our products. However, it is asking for a Seller Central Account and my Developer account is not allowed for it. May I ask for a detailed explanation for this? Kindly contact me via email? :) Thank you, Yan

If you would like to promote your app please use the promotional tools available to you via the Developer Portal.
