Hi, I usually get payment email every month before the 29th and paid on 29th of each month, haven't received any payment email this month, nor received any kind royalty this month, i also email to merch support. But haven't heard them back yet.
Please guide what is going on? Anyone else facing this or i am the only lucky one who have special case?

i got the email today. They mentioned i will be laid on 4th oct. Hope all other also get it by now.
We have been contacted about August royalty payments by several sellers. All August royalty payments have been issued. Please note that payments can take up to 5 business days for electronic transfers, and there may be a payment threshold depending on the country in which you have a bank account.

Used to get my email on the 21st and paid on the 29th. Month by month email was later and later. Now I don't know when I'll get the email or payment. It's all random. Not not even an email and no payment? Come on Amazon.
Still no remittance email or payment for me either.
It's the 4th and still no remittance email or payment. Quite disappointed in the poor management of this issue.
