Thanks for posting! This normally means that the app's developer has not updated that app in quite a while (a couple of years), and the message is a side effect in transitioning from an older OS to the latest Fire OS 5 on Amazon devices. In most cases you can ignore it and click 'Launch anyway'.
Is this your app? The solution to this issue is to simply rebuild your app against the latest Android SDK and resubmit it. Login to your Dev Portal account, click on this app's entry in the Dashboard, click the 'Add Upcoming Version' link, then switch to the 'Binary File(s)' tab, replace the old binary with the newly built one, save / submit. After your new binary is processed and goes live, this error message should disappear.
If you are an end user, the best course of action is to contact this app's developer again (we have done that in the past), so they could resubmit a new build. Thanks!
