09/06: Announcement: T-shirts from 09/05 to current day still showing "processing" status

We currently have a backlog of t-shirts that will display a processing status. This impacts all t-shirts submitted from 09/05 until current day. We are working to resolve this issue and I will post updates to this thread as we have new information.

I have almost 30 shirts stuck processing, 5 stuck in review, and 3 live that are only in men's, or youth sizes and in one size and color option, almost like it got hung up halfway through processing and the rest of the options for purchase never were updated.

It has been about 40 hours now for all of these like this.

Update 09/07: We are still working to process all t-shirts submitted on 09/05 and 09/06. New t-shirt submissions are now going through to live publishing, however we are processing the backlog of t-shirts from this weekend and early this week.

Yes, a few of my 40 that were processing have gone through now too. Still about 25 left. Thanks for the update.

Hi team, we still have t-shirts in the backlog that are being processed for this date, although a large percentage are resolved. I will send another update tomorrow on this thread.

T-shirts earlier than 09/05 we are working on as a separate and larger issue. We are continously working on the larger backlog and I'll post an update when I have good news.

Now I'm also part of this unlucky group. It's start 2-3 days ago with freshly uploaded designs. Hope You fix it soon.
