Possible to create skill that plays audio?

Is it possible to create a skill that plays an audio stream? I haven't found any docs.

No. You can only plays sound clips up to 90 seconds long in a low quality restricted format. Personally, I do not think Amazon will ever let us stream sound. Too much chance of destabilizing high value contracts with pirate-touchy paranoid big music companies.
