Otherwise, based on the errors you are seeing, it appears that your client is able to connect to the server, but is failing on the authentication step. If you were running this SFTP connection right after clicking on the link and getting your password for the first time, you may need to wait up to an hour for the new password to take effect. If you are still having issues, please try resetting the password via this page: https://developer.amazon.com/ftp/account.html. Once you have done so, please wait an hour before attempting to connect to give the change time to propagate.
Also, please make sure you're not behind any firewalls or proxies, and try connecting from another network / computer to get around the problem. Thanks!
