How can we use AVS within a Cordova mobile app?

We need to create a Javascript / Codova-based mobile app that utilizes the Amazon Voice Services API. We do not want to require our users to log into Amazon in order to use our app. We can add a server-side component to this solution if needed. It would be great if we could see a simple, sample implementation.

Unfortunately in order to use AVS you must provide a mechanism for all end users to authenticate with Amazon. This requirement is because many AVS features requires the cloud to have knowledge of which specific user is making the requests. Example features are: ordering products from a customers history, or play music from a customer library..

Is there any plugin available to integrate with cordova app to access AVS with login?
