Can I use the service "Global Payment Service" from payoneer to get payment from Merch by Amazon?

Ok, I am from Venezuela but Payoneer gave me a bank account of US, when I write the bank account it said "Please verify Account number."

And the bank is Bank of America, so I think it has to work.
