On My another Amazon account I have two apps , one for Kindle device and another one for Fire TV device. Both build having the same package name. Now today I receive an email from Amazon .Please see the email content below :

which states that my app is passed only for FireTv devices not passed on devices like BlackBerry leap etc .
On Portal my Kindle build have the permission for all of Amazon Fire Phones and Tablets and all of Non-Amazon Android devices.
And Fire TV build have the permission only for Amazon Fire TV devices.
So I have some questions :
1). Which build amazon tested Fire TV or Kindle build or both ?
2). if Amazon tested the Kindle build then how this build passed on Fire Tv devices ?
3). If Amazon tested the FireTv build then why they tested the build on devices like blackberry leap because i did not mention blackberry leap etc devices as a targeted devices for FirTV build .
