Amazon Underground reports extremely low number of engaged minutes for my app.

I have submitted my app 11 days ago. First day it run on my test device for more than 4 hours of active use and about 2 - 3 hours of "passive" use (not taping on the screen often). Now after 11 days the developer portal still reports only 190 minutes of total use. How is it possible? I see that some people downloaded it so the number should be much more higher (At least higher than 240 minutes - the time the app run on my device eleven days ago).

Also when I run the app the welcoming Amazon Underground AD shows only in about 10% of the application starts. Does it mean that if no welcoming AD is shown the minutes of use are not recorded?

As this is an account and app-specific question, please sign into your company's developer account and raise a "Contact Us" case with more details about your Underground app and the date range in question. This will allow us to investigate your inquiry while protecting your security and privacy.

As for your second question, please note that the presence of the Amazon Welcome banner has no bearing on the reporting of your app's engagement minutes.

I've noticed this too, what was Amazon's excuse? I ran several tests from different accounts and minutes were under-reported...

I had a similiar problem: 500 downloads then for the next 10+ days, no bump in minutes. Opened a ticket and was referred to documentation; Amazon did zero investigation. Is there a way to test the application to validate the number of minutes its reporting?
