Please log-in to your Amazon Developer Portal account and raise a Contact Us (https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html).Please include the name of the app in question, identifying app information (such as Version IDs, ASINS, etc.) and we will look into the issue.

I have sent an email yesterday regarding the same issue in Contact Us (https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html). page but did not get any response yet. please please tell how can I remove live version app.

Thanks for posting! It is not clear from your message whether your app is Live (publicly released) or in Live App Testing (beta test). In either case, you can try the following:

- if your app is in a beta test using Live App Testing, you can simply end the test. Login to your Dev Portal account, click on your app in the Dashboard, click on Live App Testing link above the app's tabs, see the current test in progress, hover your mouse cursor over the gear icon and select "End Test"

- if your app is publicly released and is live, you can suspend your app, effectively removing it from Appstore. See this Knowledge Base article: https://forums.developer.amazon.com/articles/230/how-do-i-remove-my-live-app-from-sale-in-the-amazo.html
