Prerequisites for Web App Submission

Please see the Best Practices Section. https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/webapps/optimize.html [b]Availability[/b]: Before starting the submission process, you should consider the countries where you would like to distribute your web app through Amazon and the publish date on which it becomes available. [b]Description[/b]: During the submission process you need to enter a brief and detailed description of your web app, and it's feature set.

Ok so where do you store the app? I understand the manifest. screen shot. Where are the instructions?
