usage quotas clarifications

Hello, regarding the specified limitation of ADM in documentation - "Message throttling. To ensure high availability, ADM limits the number of messages that can be sent over a given period of time." Is there an actual official "number of message for a given time" ratio, that we can depend on? the documentation remains vague on this issue

Hi Maorhayoun, Thank you for posting. We cannot provide a number that you should depend on. If you find that you are not able to send a sufficient amount of traffic through, please raise contact us to request more as mentioned in the documentation. The default rate should be high enough that not many developers/applications will run into it, but as the documentation states, it's there to ensure the high availability of ADM, so we reserve the right to raise or lower it depending on our current capacity levels. The documentation is vague on the specific number on purpose. Hope it helps.
