Update marked incomplete until translations of release notes are provided.

There is a confusing bug in the distribution portal. When adding an update to an app, the update will not be complete for submission, until you add translations of the release notes. The French/German translations in the app description can be left blank, but if you do the same with the release notes, the update is incomplete. This is confusing, and contradicts the instructions that are shown on the screen: 'When left blank, English text will be used.'

Hi Stolk, So it's not a bug. The meaning of the text is that translations are required for languages where description translations have been provided by the developer. Any other marketplace that their app sells in (where the dev did not provide description translations) will use English. The wording needs some improvement and we will do that soon. Thanks for your feedback.
