Undocumented response from ADM: Status 400, reason "Unregistered"

I can probably guess what "Unregistered" means, but the documentation at https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/adm/sending-message.html#ResponseFormat does not say anything about it. As such, I am not comfortable going ahead and changing my code to unsubscribe those registration IDs from my persistence layer when I see 400/"Unregistered". Someone at Amazon needs to (1) confirm the intended behavior and (2) update the documentation immediately. Thanks.

Hi Tom, I am from the ADM team. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is intended behavior. We have updated documentation in the pipeline and we are working on getting it out ASAP. We are also working on better synchronizing our service and documentation updates to avoid this mismatch in the future.
