Multi-cast Batch Messaging

A quick google suggests that Amazon announced the added ability to send batches of up to 1000 messages at once in Device Messaging: http://appdevelopermagazine.com/967/2014/3/3/Amazon-Provides-App-Developers-New-Monetization-Opportunities-with-Changes-to-Amazon-Device-Messaging-(ADM)/ However it appears that the post linked to on the developer portal have been removed: https://developer.amazon.com/post/Tx3CGB28INCC7HH/Announcing-Amazon-Device-Messaging-Improvements.html I can also find no mention of the batch sending feature anywhere in the documentation, or in google. So what's the deal? Has batch sending actually been added? If so, where's the documentation!?
