Debug Packages for Web Apps not available for download! (3 weeks later, and no response from support team)

Why is this problem not being fixed? 3 weeks later and no response from support team?

3 weeks ago, I've reported an issue about debug packages not available for download for all web apps, and I still didn't receive any response from the support team. I would like to know if this issue is being fixed or not?

Another thing is, why are web apps not available for non-Amazon Android devices?

I think due to the compatibility issue. because as I know Web apps are available for all Android devices, regardless of the manufacturer. However, Amazon has its own app store, which is separate from the Google Play Store. so, web apps that are available on the Google Play Store may not be available on Amazon devices. Additionally, Amazon devices run on a modified version of Android, which may not be compatible with certain web apps. But not 100% sure...

No, they are not. I have 6 Web Apps only available for Amazon Android devices.

The ".apk" debug packages of the 6 apps mentioned above can be installed in any Android devices and they have no compatibility issues, thus, the web apps from Amazon Appstore are purposely made available only for Amazon devices (it has nothing to do with compatibility issues)
