Adding accessible descriptions to photos for Echo Show

Is there a way, currently, to add an accessible description to photos, similar to an alt tag for HTML, that Alexa can speak when displaying an image/photo in Echo Show devices?

If not, then this should be an important, if not required, improvement to the Echo Show platforms. I beleive Echo Show could be a great tool for persons who have various disabilities. Though there are many accessibility features already included, there is still much room for improvement.

For instance, I am currently using Echo Show 15 to help support my elderly mother who is 98 and has mild demensia. It would be very helpful if when a photo is show, the description that is associated is more than just the date it was taken. I can also see Echo Show as a great device to assist persons with impaired vison or even blindness.
