May I know the reason, why my app submission is taking longer? This is the 4th time I've submitted the same app and trying to get it approved.

Same issue. Sometimes takes < 12 hours, sometimes it goes days unattended. I went 9 days once waiting for 'the delay' and for any kind of update. I'm debating abandoning support of the app simply b/c its a pie in the face every time there is an issue that needs to be resolved quickly.
