My account was unfairly blocked

My account was unfairly blocked for ridiculous reasons and not only that, they kept my earnings for the period. They are thieves and I didn't know they did this for no reason. Has anyone had a similar experience? I don't know who to complain to because they always respond to me with the same lie "that they did research and that I have several users", it is ridiculous and a lie since it is my only account and I have never worked on Amazon before. They are irresponsible and liars.
