I have been complaining for a long time and amazon takes days and days to respond to lie after lie without respecting our work. I had some "FREE" mods in the Store and suddenly I was left without an ACCOUNT AND WITHOUT MODS. What they are doing is crazy and luckily I found this forum where I see that I am not the only one to whom this happened.
I have already created 2 claims: Case: 13858546671/Case: 13950505141
They always respond that my account was associated with another and I don't know what other absurd excuse, since everything is a lie, I always work alone and I don't know what they attribute that accusation to!
