How Long Does is take to approve Merch Once it's Processing?

Once a cling design has reached "processing" status, how long does it take to get approved? I have submitted for Halloween/Fall (seasonal) designs, and I've seen posts say they can take 6 months. Is this true? Should I be posting items for next spring?
