Where can I reply to the user's comments?

I usually avoid asking such silly questions but I did checked the console for quite a while...

While reviews and feedback are important to our customers and developers, the feature to respond to customer reviews was rarely used. As a result, this feature has been retired. Most developers will not agree on this... And lots of the users who give comments are waiting for the replies from the developers.
