The whole reason I bought an Alexa is because I have adhd and therefore forget things and I figured she would be good for that. However, while I can set an alarm for 3 days from now, it’s of no use if she can’t tell me why it’s happening. I understand that the reminder function will do that, but she only says the thing twice. Oftentimes I am outside with my kids and will never hear it.
I thought I figured out a workaround by labeling timers for days into the future because I know that she will keep repeating those labels, but apparently, you can’t set them for more than 24 hours in advance.
I don’t understand why she’ll repeat labels for timers, which you’re more likely to remember, and not alarms. Can someone tell me why?
