Account seems to be inaccessible with no support

Hi,

I am Roy, representing the famous Roblox game Rainbow Friends. We were previously operating as Fragment Games and recently rebranded to Roy & Charcle being the developers of Rainbow Friends gaming franchise as we thought it is more appropriate.

Anyhow, we created the developer account on Amazon and submitted our game but soon after, our account became inaccessible and we are not getting any communication from Amazon support via the developer portal. We created contact us case from the developer portal but no communication is taking place from the other side.

Is this normal with Amazon or is there anything else that we can do?

Unfortunately we are receiving the same response "Hi,

We are contacting you regarding your developer account and submitted applications with the Amazon Developer Program.
During our review processes, we have found that your application(s) contains content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of other parties.
Due to violations of our content guidelines and/or our developer agreement, we have disabled your developer account and suppressed and/or rejected all submitted applications associated with this developer account. We have retained records of your developer account but your account is now terminated from further submission uploads.

Note that you are not permitted to create a new developer account with the Amazon Developer Program"

But we do own necessary copyrights for the submitted content. We have properly registered intellectual property rights.

I have the same issue, in dev panel "accountname as Account is disabled"

any new form of contact?
