I am Roy, representing the famous Roblox game Rainbow Friends. We were previously operating as Fragment Games and recently rebranded to Roy & Charcle being the developers of Rainbow Friends gaming franchise as we thought it is more appropriate.
Anyhow, we created the developer account on Amazon and submitted our game but soon after, our account became inaccessible and we are not getting any communication from Amazon support via the developer portal. We created contact us case from the developer portal but no communication is taking place from the other side.
Is this normal with Amazon or is there anything else that we can do?
