Advertising in the US

i have recently got tiered up to 500 and i got the advertising option they first gave me only the italian marketplace and after few days they gave the other ones, But i didn't get the US market and a Japan yet

Can you elaborate how to enabled ads in Amazon app? Which advertising network you are using?
