LWA for Android ,400 Bad Request The parameter client_id is required

Android- Login With Amazon,installed amazon app is ok,not install amazon app,use web browser, after login amzon ,user allow sign in my app, error happen,

The parameter client_id is required.

i am sure the api_key.txt is correct.
